UNION AGREEMENT. Stephen Strong (right), the Administration Director, Benson Maina (center), the Deputy Secretary General of the Kenya Union of Commercial Food and Allied Workers (KUCFAW), and Laban Mwangi, Shop Steward sign a two year Collective Bargaining Agreement. Farmer’s Choice employees who are members of KUCFAW will receive a 7.5 per cent salary increment for the year 2007 and 8 per cent for the year 2008.
